The hotel had a great location right in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, but the dining area could get quite crowded. While the rooms were generally clean and had a nice sitting area, I found the towels lacking for a spa hotel experience. Overall, the value for money was decent considering we did not pay a lot for our stay.

Rooms
7.0
Our room on the 4th floor was quiet and included a little sitting area, although it was small. The towels provided felt threadbare, which was disappointing for a spa hotel.
Service
7.0
The staff at reception were polite and accommodating, although at times, they could have been quicker to resolve issues.
Location

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was enjoyable, but the seating area was often packed.
Facilities

The spa facilities were a highlight, though I wish there were better amenities in the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel over Easter, with incredibly helpful staff and fantastic facilities. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Opera House and the old city. The only setbacks were some noise from street-facing rooms and parking may require planning ahead. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Riga.

My stay at Wellton Centrum Hotel was a delightful experience! The location in the Old Town was perfect for exploring local attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. I loved the breakfast spread, although the scrambled eggs could have been warmer. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially considering the modern amenities.

Rooms

I stayed in a superior double room with a modern design, and it was impeccably clean. The sound isolation was so good that I hardly heard anything from outside, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

7.4/10

My stay at the Wellton Centrum was quite mixed. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the old town and just a stroll away from major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, along with a diverse breakfast selection. However, the service wasn’t always up to par, especially regarding some early transfer arrangements, and the room temperature was uncomfortable due to lack of air conditioning. Overall, I found it to offer good value but room comfort could use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt quite small and warm. Unfortunately, it had no air conditioning available during my stay, which made it challenging to find comfort.
Service

While the staff were generally pleasant, my experience during check-in was not ideal, considering the transfer issues I encountered.

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable due to its perfect location in the heart of the Old Town and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were always friendly and eager to assist, making me feel welcome. However, I found the breakfast to be a bit repetitive, and the noise from the corridor and surrounding rooms was noticeable, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, a good experience but with some areas for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were nicely decorated and generally clean, though a bit outdated. The comfort of the bed could be improved as it wasn't very supportive.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing my requests, which made my experience much smoother.
Location

Nestled in the historic Old Town, the hotel is just a short walk from major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast selection was versatile but remained consistent every morning, which may be a bit monotonous for longer stays.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, including access to a spa, but I felt some amenities were lacking for a 4-star establishment.
